Utah’s Procurement Technical Assistance Center [PTAC] levels the competitive playing field and opens the door to successfully expand sales through federal / state / local government contracting. PTAC offers one-on-one counseling; workshops; training; outreach events [where we invite a large prime contractor to host an event to discuss their needs for sub-contracting with companies in Utah.] Based on guidance from our federal funding partner – U.S. Department of Defense / Defense Logistics Agency, converting contract dollars to potential jobs created / retained, PTAC is responsible for creation / retention of 7,500 – 10,000 jobs annually.
